Beautycase.gr provides the shipment of an order throughout Greece through the courier company “Geniki Taxydromiki”. All orders over 50€ are sent to the user free of charge.
Shipping
Upon completion of the order processing stage (according to the Terms of Use) the order is packaged by beautycase.gr and delivered to the “General Post Office” for delivery to the address that the user has completed at the stage of creating an order (according to the Terms of Use) . The shipping cost of an order is charged to the user and the following charges apply:

If cash on delivery by check is selected then there is an additional charge of € 3.50.
Returns
The user has the right to return within 14 days of receiving the product and refund. The return cost is borne by the user and the shipping charges mentioned above apply.
Returns are not accepted if the product is used or damaged by the recipient.
